One of the most notorious maps of all time, it is one of the older challenge maxes on the index, and was initially marketed as nigh-impossible on UV upon its release in 2008. Despite the amount of maps that have cruised past it in terms of difficulty nowawadys, it is still quite difficult for skilled players. Health and ammo aren't abundant on UV, and a planned route is advised for UV-Maxers.
